Scholarship Deadline Approaching – Apply by July 30

The Southern New Jersey Central Labor Council (SNJCLC) Scholarship Fund is currently accepting applications for the 2026–2027 academic year, but time is running out. All applications and required materials must be submitted by Thursday, July 30, 2026.
Eligible applicants must be a high school graduate (or graduating in 2026) who plans to continue their education at an eligible college, technical, trade, vocational, or beauty school. Applicants must also be either an active union member in good standing or the family member of a union member in good standing.
Scholarship funds may be used toward tuition, books, school fees, or boarding fees. Both first-time applicants and previous scholarship recipients are encouraged to apply, as past winners remain eligible each year if they continue to meet the program requirements.
A complete application must include:
A completed scholarship application
A copy of your 2025–2026 school grades
A researched essay based on the required scholarship topics
